Flowerfield Township Meeting Minutes
FLOWERFIELD TOWNSHIP SPECIAL BOARD MEETING The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Carroll Parmeter at 7:00 p.m. Carroll Parmeter, Paul Williams, Sally Hackenberg, Pam Altimus and Ron Shaver were present. There were no visitors present. The board discussed having a job description for the township sexton as follows: Carroll made the motion to refuse Clayton Mohney’s counter offer to mow only and place flags for Memorial Day, no burials, seconded by Paul with a roll call vote; Pam-yes, Sally-yes, Carroll-yes, Paul-yes and Ron-yes. It was agreed to advertise for this position immediately with the following descriptions: PAY RESOLUTIONS It was hereby resolved by Sally Hackenberg to raise Supervisors pay from $8000 to $8640, seconded by Pam, roll call vote; Ron-yes, Paul-yes, Pam-yes, Sally-yes and Carroll-yes. It was hereby resolved by Carroll Parmeter to raise the Clerks pay from $9200 to $9936, seconded by Paul, roll call vote; Carroll-yes, Sally-yes, Paul-yes, Ron-yes and Pam-yes. It was hereby resolved by Carroll Parmeter to raise the Treasurers pay from $9200 to $9936, seconded by Paul, roll call vote Paul-yes, Pam-yes, Sally-yes, Ron-yes and Carroll-yes. It was hereby resolved by Sally Hackenberg to raise Trustees pay from $1800 to $1944 each, seconded by Pam, roll call vote; Ron-yes, Pam-yes, Paul-yes, Carroll-yes and Sally-yes. There will be a special meeting January 24th, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. with a member of the township attorney’s office Roxanne. Sally made the motion to adjourn, seconded by Pam, motion carried with the meeting adjourning at 8:52 p.m. Respectfully Sally J. Hackenberg
