Flowerfield Township Meeting Minutes

FLOWERFIELD TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING
JUNE 6, 2005

The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Carroll Parmeter.  Pam  Altimus, Sally Hackenberg, Paul Williams, Ron Shaver, Carroll Parmeter and six visitors were all present. 

MINUTES

Ron made the motion to accept the minutes of the May 2, 2005 board meeting, seconded by Paul, motion carried.

REPORT

Assessor-Shalice was not present.

Rural Inspection-Charlie informed the board about a complaint of garbage on Johnson Rd.

PCB-They are working on rezoning the frontage on Floating Bridge near George Wilkins to R1 Residential instead of Ag.  and also the Site Condo requirement change.

OLD BUSINESS

Municipal Ord-Carroll met with Doug Kuhlman concerning two residents who have not shown any action at all to clean up, the attorney is already reviewing five, and this will make a total of seven being reviewed by our attorney.

Electrical Ordinance #32-Carroll Parmeter hereby made the Resolution to approve an Electrical Ordinance to do our own electrical inspections, seconded by Pam with a roll call vote as follows; Ron-yes, Paul-yes, Carroll-yes, Sally-yes and Pam-yes.  The State inspector is currently doing this inspection. 

Paul made the motion to hire Jack Hughes to do these inspections for us, Pam seconded but this motion was rescinded until the Electrical Ordinance is closer to being into effect. 

EXPENDITURES

Ron made the motion to approve expenditures 1934 thru 1968 with the addition of Franger Gas $181.55, seconded by Paul, motion carried.

ADJOURNMENT

Pam made the motion to adjourn, seconded by Sally, motion carried with the meeting adjourning at 8:20 p.m.
