Flowerfield Township Meeting Minutes

 FLOWERFIELD TOWNSHIP ELECTION COMMITTEE MINUTES
October 6, 2008

The meeting was brought to order by Sally Hackenberg, Clerk at 6:45 p.m. Carroll Parmeter, Sally Hackenberg, and Pam Altimus were present.

Carroll made the motion to approve election workers as follows, Helen Woodall, Joan Woodall, Paul and Norma Kruger, Evelyn Flowers and Sally Hackenberg who will also serve as chairman, seconded by Sally, motion carried.

Carroll made the motion to adjourn, seconded by Pam, motion carried with the meeting adjouring at 6:50 p.m.
